Roles and responsibilities

On a day-day basis you’ll maintain and repair the Plant equipment within our range. This will include identifying any machine damage and keeping Service and Maintenance records.

Good communication skills would also be a benefit, in order to ensure that your Line Manager and our Customers are kept informed as required.

Working alongside colleagues, you will be part of a great team and take pride in your workplace and working environment, making sure that high standards are maintained whilst complying with company procedures and processes.

Skills required

You will undertake a full company induction and your Line Manager will work with you to identify your development needs and career progression plan.

What you will need to bring to the role from day one:

  • Prior experience in a Plant Maintenance role would be preferable
  • Able to work as part of a Team, supporting colleagues
  • Flexible and self-motivated, you’ll be keen to embrace new training opportunities, which may on occasion require staying away from home
  • Great communication skills – both verbal and written
  • A knowledge of Basic Electrical, Hydraulic, Diesel fault- finding and welding experience, would be a benefit?
  • Customer-Focused with a commitment to delivering an excellent service
  • Effective planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy


The normal working week is Monday – Friday, any additional hours would mutually-agreed and paid as overtime.
